November,1943
Hori pneumatic Manufacturing turned into a corporate organaization. Hori Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. Established with a capital of 3.5 million yen to fabricate pneumatic products(hummers, grinders).
March,1947
Order taking to manufacture components for motor tricycles of Hatsudoki Seizo Co., Ltd.(currently Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd.) commenced.
October,1950
AOI Machine Industry Co., Ltd. Established with capital participation from Hatsudoki Seizo Co., Ltd (Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd.).
July,1968
Tada Plant (Kawanishi City) newly established.
November,1970
Taba Plant (kawanishi City) spun off to Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd.

Operation of Minakuchi plant commenced.
