Design of Robot jigs
Jigs are also designed in a virtual factory for verification of robot operation. We develop SSC (simple, slim, and compact) jigs.
The workspace and trajectory of welding guns are verified, and jigs are designed to minimize the air-cutting operation of robots.

In multi-product and mixed production, productivity decreases due to bottlenecks, including jig changeover time that is incurred for respective product specifications.Our proprietary jig changeover structure standard is in place to achieve speedy jig changeover.
